The Musical of Musicals 10/14/16

"The Musical of Musicals - The Musical!"
Music by Eric Rockwell
Lyrics by Joanne Bogart
Book by Eric Rockwell and Joanne Bogart

"I can't pay the rent" and other lines are the common theme in each of five different short musicals. Each musical using a specific style of known composers. Each of these scenes share very similar four major characters too, supported by others in the cast.

All of the shows sold out before the first show!  After photographing I can see why.  This was so enjoyable, my mouth ached later from smiling and laughing. Puns flying everywhere. It reminded me of music improv in Chicago, except that each of these musicals were very well directed and choreographed.

Get this, we had seventeen of the youth in the musical! They really worked as an ensemble to get this down. Very professional, very talented, very theater.

Here are the five different themes, along with the actors playing the four main characters.
