It is about the people and their support of local art and shops. It is about building the community, and those communities that surround. It is about friendship, sharing, being social. It is about people who care about other people. This years Festival of the Trail was all that. It included the people of course, art vendors, food vendors, music by the Highland High Camerata Orchestra / Dominic Ruffalo / Weary Bones Bluegrass Band, and an open house at the Highland Fire Department on Highway and 4th Street.

Lots of people walking by. So I "free styled" taking photographs (just holding the camera, pointing, and shooting, not looking through the view finder to focus). You will see a lot of these types of pictures in this blog post.
